Decide
amount of studs that will work for your application. After choosing
pattern, familiarize yourself with letter(s) your pattern requires.
1)
Refer to picture on Woody’s Universal Template. Use only pattern
that applies to your pattern choice.
2)
Place template on track covering 6 lugs. Mark, with Woody’s Track
Marker, only the letter locations for your pattern choice (note:
using double hole patterns require exact hole locations).
3)
Move template to next 6 lugs. Repeat #2.
4)
As a precaution, recheck marked pattern on entire track 121”
track.
(8 repeats of this 6 bar pattern = 48 lugs)
5)
If installing an Angle Support Plate the hole(s) for drilling will
be offset from the original pattern holes marked. Center the Angle
Support Plate between the lugs over the original pattern marked.
Create a new offset mark for drilling in the center of the hole of
the Angle Support Plate.
6)
Using a 1/4 Woody’s track drill for 7mm studs or 7mm drill for
5/16 studs, drill marked holes (do not drill into idler wheels or
other components).
A) Consult owners’ manual on
track studding.
B) The addition of studs may
