Stainless Steel vs. Through Hardened Steel Studs

Woody’s Stainless Steel 60° Carbide Traction Master® is a new studding option for trail riders.  When compared to the Gold Digger Traction Master, this new stainless stud has the following characteristics: 

• The Stainless Steel Traction Master® is extremely resistant to rust and corrosion
• The Stainless Steel Traction Master® is very similar in weight to the Gold Digger®
• The Stainless Steel Traction Master® performs very comparably to the Gold Digger® in strength and wear tests

 Woody’s Stainless Steel 60º Carbide Traction Master® Studs have a 5/16” shank and a 1” head.  They are available in 24, 96, 144, and 1000 packs.  Stainless steel lock nuts are included.
